I am a proud military spouse and I have been in and around real estate for the last 15 years with 12 of them being in accounting and financial analyst roles in the corporate world for commercial developers, retail and office syndicators, pm companies and brokerages as my husband's duty station has taken us around the US. Currently, I am a licensed real estate agent in VA. My clients are 90% investors, like me, building their portfolios and deploying that hard earned cash to put it to work for them. I have been investing since 2011 and have experience in the buy & hold, rehab & sell (flip), vacation rental and BRRRR strategies with a special place in my heart for deep value add real estate.

I’m a Retired US Navy Officer who started investing in the Goose Creek area while stationed there. I currently run a lead generation campaign for motivated sellers, fix and flip single-family houses, buy and hold single-family and small multi-family and invest passively in larger, multi-family. I'm a licensed agent in Virginia and North Carolina with the THiNK Real Estate Team, a group of investor agents based in Hampton Roads area of Virginia. My portfolio consists of 4 single-family rentals in the Charleston, SC area, 2 single-family rentals in the Hampton Roads, VA area. I've also flipped 7 houses in the last 2 years.
Stephanie was born and raised in Norfolk. She's a wife of 33 years to Richard Christian as well as a mother and grandmother. She has a degree in Social Science and Certificate in Project Base Management (PBM) and Realtor License (VA).

Hi, my name is Bobby. Being active duty in the Navy has brought me to the area and eventually the discovery of my passion in real estate investing. The first step of my journey was to learn and network. One of the first networking events that I attended was held by the Think Team. I made great connections that led me to where I am today. After a few years and doors later, I wanted to give back by using my real estate experience and skills to help others in their real estate journey. I couldn't think of a better way than being an agent and joining the team that started it all!
sean rooks - Virginia & North Carolina
Sean was born Delaware, OH on 20 Mar 1987. He was accepted to Purdue University in 2005 under a Navy ROTC scholarship studying Mechanical Engineering. After his freshman year, he re-applied to the United States Naval Academy, was accepted and transferred in the summer of 2006. Sean graduated top 10% of his class with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in May of 2010.
Sean then attended Flight school in Pensacola, FL, Enid, OK, Kingsville, TX and finally Lemoore, CA where he was trained to fly and employ the F/A-18 E/F Super hornet.
He met his wife Alysha while training in Oklahoma. They dated for 1 year, and she agreed to be his wife in Disney World (her favorite vacation spot) and were married on May 25th 2013.
His first squadron was the Warhawks of VFA-97 in Lemoore, CA where he qualified as a Division (4-ship) lead and deployed onboard the USS John C. Stennis for the 2016 WESTPAC. His first daughter Adalee was born on April 13th 2016 while he was deployed.
He then was assigned to the Gladiators of VFA-106 in Virginia Beach, VA as a flight instructor. During this shore tour we welcomed his second daughter Eloise on January 15th 2018. He also began his real estate investing career managing their home in California and purchasing his first triplex in May of 2018 and first flip in October of 2019. His next assignment came in December of 2019, when he transferred to the Wildcats of VFA-131 for a 5th Fleet deployment onboard the USS. Eisenhower. His third daughter Finley was welcomed into the world during this deployment on July 14th 2020. Also, during this deployment Sean purchased and managed a rehab on a 6-unit apartment complex.
Sean and Alysha decided to exit active duty Navy after his 10-year commitment and transfed to the reserves as a flight instructor back at the Gladiators of VFA-106. In his spare time Sean enjoys triathlons, woodworking, The Ohio State Buckeyes Football and Formula 1 Racing. Sean earned his Real Estate license in January of 2021, and looks forward to a balance of God, Family and Real Estate Investing.
