I currently run a lead generation campaign for motivated sellers, fix and flip single-family houses, buy and hold single-family and small multi-family and invest passively in larger, multi-family. I'm a licensed agent in Virginia and North Carolina with the THiNK Real Estate Team, a group of investor agents based in Hampton Roads area of Virginia. My portfolio consists of 4 single-family rentals in the Charleston, SC area, 2 single-family rentals in the Hampton Roads, VA area. I've also flipped 7 houses in the last 2 years.
